Peek Park
Historic Peek Park in Cedartown offers a recently rebuilt playground, tennis and pickleball courts, a splash pad, pavilion and paved walking trail.

Peek Park is home to the annual Cedar Valley Arts Festival which happens in late Spring and is just steps from the finish line for the world-famous Cedartown Wheelchair Training Camp and 5K Road Race.

The park’s $800,000 playground was paid for and built by residents and volunteers in 2024. Two adjacent playgrounds for younger and older children are surrounded by a wooden picket fence. The playground is built on poured rubber surface so that it is ADA accessible along with a number of playground features.

A splash pad next to the tennis courts is turned on off and on throughout the day during the summer and it is located just steps from public restrooms.

Picnic tables under a large oak offer a shady spot next to the splash pad and a covered pavilion can be rented for parties.
