Hillside Orchard Farms has been family owned and operated since 1983 when it began as a backyard cannery. Today three generations of the Mitcham family run the cannery, farm and agritourism operations. More than 700 locally-made products are available in the retail market.

In 2015, Hillside opened a u-pick apple orchard. The farm’s yearly corn maze opens each September along with a train and hayride.
